If you decide that you like what we do and would like us to design your kitchen, our showroom consultant will start to build a design brief with you.
Design Brief
We need to know what you like and don’t like around
our showrooms. What you must have in your kitchen and what
you would like if we are able to incorporate it.
The more detailed this brief the better the chance of you realising your dream kitchen.
Arguably the kitchen is the most important room in the home.
Generally with today’s life style it’s a place
where we spend a great deal of time. Often it’s where
we eat and sometimes it’s where we entertain our friends.
It’s a very exciting space to design and we relish the
challenge of realising your dream kitchen within your budget.
Budget
The cost of a fridge can range from £1,00 to £10,000
and a kitchen tap from £70 to £700.The same vast
range of prices will apply to every item in your new kitchen.
That is why an accurate budget is essential. We want to give
you the very best possible Kitchen for the amount you want
to spend. A complete Dream Design kitchen can cost anything
from twenty-five to eighty-five thousand pounds.
Fee Structure
All fee’s listed below will be refunded against a complete
order for which the designs have been produced.
Project set up fee
£100 for kitchen projects within a 30 mile radius of
Dream Design
£200 for kitchen projects within a 100 mile radius of
Dream Design
Price on application for projects beyond 100 mile radius
and overseas.
This fee is your contribution towards the immense amount of
time and knowledge that we will invest in your project. Once
received we can schedule the following showroom meetings and
arrange a site survey (we can work from Architects drawings
if new build)
1) Design Brief & Budget Meeting
2) Initial Concept Ideas Meeting
3) Virtual reality presentation of your new kitchen and detailed
quotation.
Project set up fee allows for one redesign if necessary. There after each amendment/new design will be charged at £100.00
Please Note. All drawings including visualisations are Dream Design copyright. We will only release drawings after a confirmed order or on receipt of 5% of the quotation value.
